Refund Policy

Domestic Passengers :

Refund will be made within 2-5 working days or next business day after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy.

International Passengers :

Refund will be made within 5-10 working days or next business day after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy.

You can cancel your booking through the website, or support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy which is as follows:-

a).If Customer canceled the booking prior 12 hours to the Pickup time Then Full amount will be refunded

b).if booking is canceled by Customer in < 6 hours of Pickup time then no refund shall proceed!!

c).If booking is cancelled due to Driver fault,full amount of Advance amount will be reverted.

d). Eligible Refund Amount shall be initiated between 3 to 5 working days.

Cancellation Policy :

In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at info@gtccabs.com with your booking id. If driver is not move to your pickup location, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Post which the return policy will apply.
